Phase One - The Same Day Guest Check Out Inspection

Performed by our Field Service Manager

• Inspection: A team member performs a same-day inspection of the property that includes walking through every room, opening every door and inspecting your outside perimeters. 
• Notifications: You receive immediate notification about the condition of your vacation home.
• Photographs:  We will promptly provide you with photographs to document  any damage, misuse, or abuse of your property.
• Guest chores performed: Garbage is taken out, the dishwasher is started, laundry is gathered, and forgotten items are recorded and stored.
• Left behind items alert: Photos of forgotten items are sent to you so you can alert your guests.

Phase Two - The Clean

Performed by our Clean Team

• Cleaning of all surfaces: from ceiling fans to baseboards to interior windows, we will dust, vacuum, mop, and wipe down all surfaces throughout your property, leaving it sparkling clean and free of dust and debris.
• Deep cleaning of kitchens and bathrooms: We'll pay special attention to kitchens and bathrooms, sanitizing all surfaces, disinfecting high-touch areas, and tackling any grime or build-up. All kitchen appliances are cleaned thoroughly inside and out. We'll clean, sanitize and re-line all indoor waste receptacles to prevent cross-contamination and the spread of illnesses.
• Laundry service: We'll wash all bedding, towels, and other linens used by guests and then fold them and put them neatly away so you don't have to worry about a thing.
• Resetting: We'll prepare your property for the next guests, including making beds, putting out fresh towels, and making sure your entire house is impressive and inviting! 

Phase Three - The Walk Through

• Inspection: A team supervisor meticulously inspects your entire property, ensuring all tasks have been completed to our high standards.
• Inventory Check and Replenishment: We confirm all amenities and supplies are present and in good condition. We'll alert you if your stock is running low, providing peace of mind that both your current and future guests will have everything they need.
• Maintenance Check: We go above and beyond basic cleaning to ensure that your vacation rental is fully functional and free from maintenance and pest issues. We will report any problems we find immediately so the issue can be resolved before the next guest arrives. We also check air filters and change when needed and set the thermostat to your specifications. Our Team Supervisor will  check that all lights are working and  change bulbs if necessary. We will check all ceiling fans, unplug appliances to help keep your power bill down.
• Staging: By ensuring your property is comfortable, inviting, and aesthetically pleasing, you create a positive environment where guests can relax and enjoy their vacation. This results in greater satisfaction and higher ratings. We make sure your vacation rental is picture-perfect. Organize and arrange drawers, cabinets, and closets for guest convenience. We fine-tune placement and straighten pictures, decor, pillows, and artfully arrange beds and towels to create a visually pleasing environment.
